Heating Elements are made of Kanthal- A1 high quality resistance wire in coil form wound on the muffle, backed by low mass thermal insulation. This arrangement ensures good thermal uniformity in the chamber, rapid heating and cooling and also reduces the weight of the furnace nearly by 75% compared to the Brick insulated furnace.
