Hecons CFC free Eco friendly Environmental test chambers are used to ensure the reliability of industrial products, especially electrical & electronic components through tests such as prolonged thermal cycling and prolonged exposure to humidity. Other applications include corrosion test on mechanical assemblies, test on packages, paints & varnishes, cement plants & variety of applications in chemical, drugs, cosmetics, pharmaceutical industry etc.
Construction: Double walled Stainless steel interior with epoxy powder coated Mild Steel exterior. Glasswool / Puff Insulation will be provided to prevent temperature loss. Full length inner plexi-glass door with chamber illumination for viewing sample with castor wheel arrangement for easy mobility. Temp Controlled by Digital Temp. Controller with Dry bulb & Wet bulb principle (Direct %RH setting optional)
Cooling: By hermetically sealed Kirloskar / Tecumshah compressor coupled with air cooled condensing unit and accessories.
Heating: By durable S.S Tubular Heaters.
Humidity: Humidity created with steam and injected in to working chamber
